Electricity Provider Plans
When looking for cheap electricity in the Pennsylvania area, Atlantic Energy can help you.
A fixed energy tariff means your unit rates and standing charges remain the same. In most cases, this is for one year, 18 months, two years, or three years. You are charged based on the cost per unit, not your invoice. Your bill is calculated by multiplying the unit rates for gas and electricity by how much energy you use plus the standing charge.
There are, however, some plans that have variable rates. Most often, this is the default tariff or standard variable rate of a supplier. If you have a variable tariff, your unit rates and standing charges can go up or down. Your supplier may change the price of your unit rates and standing charges if wholesale energy prices change. This simply means that each month’s bill will be varied. This plan is perfect for those customers that are acceptable of flexibility.
PA Natural Gas Provider
Atlantic Energy is also a natural gas provider for the state of Pennsylvania. The people of Pennsylvania have a wide selection of natural gas providers, and residents can choose the one that fits their needs for natural gas the best. The residents have numerous options when it comes to getting natural gas from various companies, but they can also opt to have their local public utility supply the gas to their residences. In a time when there are so many providers and rates that are competitive, Pennsylvania residents may find that shopping around for natural gas companies is the best option to ensure the best value for their money.
A natural gas provider, on the other hand, is primarily responsible for selling and delivering natural gas to residents instead of operating and producing it like public utilities. It is the responsibility of the providers to facilitate the sale of natural gas by purchasing resources from generators and by offering value to the customers through their pricing and services.
With Atlantic Energy, it is easy to select the right energy plan that suits your needs. Your first step is to enter the ZIP code for your location. Upon entering your ZIP code, you will be able to see a list of providers in your area where you can compare plans and rates. After that, you will have to choose the plan you want to use by calling us or setting up the services online. When you’ve registered for service, your new provider will start your service as soon as possible and you will receive our line of smart devices shortly after.
